Distinct Solutions is a well led company that offers specialist consulting and skills development services to contact centres throughout South Africa. The flagship service will be on developing and delivering skills training programmes to contact centre agents, team leaders and managers across all industries.
The company is 100% Black (male) owned and based in Cape Town, with associates spread in different regions of Southern Africa. We call upon the expertise of our partners where there is a need, and allows us the flexibility to react and customise our approach to each client. All employees and associates have specific operational experience of having worked in contact centres. As such they have a pragmatic and realistic approach to delivering support to contact centres operations and a wealth of experience in sharing practical solutions that deliver results.
In addition to their general expertise as contact centre specialist we have operational experience in running small, medium to large contact centres, this allows us to leverage and focus on our secondary function of contact centre audits. Distinct Solutions is therefore ideally placed –both in terms of experience and representation – to meet the partnering needs identified by the industry “clients”. |
